Prana-Based Practice

We'll dive into the fascinating interplay between Nature and inner Nature, as we explore the wisdom lodged in your attractions and what that means for a Yoga practice.

A Beautiful Journey Into Moving WITH Life-Energy; In Our Practices And In Nature.

Begin to understand the subtle yet profound understanding of connection and resonance with your surroundings in this transformative Attraction course. Dive deep into the multifaceted world of attraction, exploring not just the dynamics of our personal attractions but also our intrinsic ties to Nature and what that means for our attractions.

As we learn to understand how Nature and our inner Nature communicate with us we can start to cultivate a "prana-based" practice lead by connection instead of concepts.

How we’ll explore a Prana-led way of being and Practicing.

This course is built around the very clear understanding that the only way to really understand our Nature and Nature is to be in real direct contact with Nature; that in order to understand and experience the depth of wisdom in your attractions, you'll have to get in touch with your relationship with Nature.

So that means...lotsa time outside exploring your attractions and Nature's attractions.
There may even be some time on your back watching the clouds meander by, or on your belly in curiosity of just what that little cute bumble-bee is doing sleeping in the flower.

Peer Integration & Shared Reflection

Ask Questions & Get Responses

Even though you can go at your own pace, you don't necessarily have to do it alone...unless you want that (lol) - I'm an introvert, so I get it.

It can be nice to be able to share aha's with others, read about other's aha's, in a casual but supportive way.

Usually with these self-paced offerings, there's no access, or it's a time-limited access, to ask questions.

I'm a deep contemplator myself and the questions don't arise based on someone else's schedule or timing. They come when they come. And that's why there's an #askNatt feature. Ask when you're ready. I'll respond as soon as I can.

How long will it take to complete this course?

There are 6 videos (including introduction) with a total watch-time of 45 minutes. This course may be lighter on the videos but that's on purpose - the real learning here are the activities and lessons; each lesson has a focused activity that comes in an easy to download text or audio that supports as you go.

The pacing is gentle, and you’re encouraged to move in a way that honours your energy.

With that in mind, you could structure the timing however you want:
You could set aside a weekend - a mini retreat at home - and complete the course.
You could do an hour a day for 7 days.
Or, if you're like me and tend to like to go deep, you could do a lesson a week and be done in just over a month.

Why start now?

Because you’re already feeling the pull.

There’s a reason this course and work caught your eye. If you’re feeling the nudge to deepen your understanding of how your attractions help keep you in balance - that’s your sense of attraction "speaking".

Attraction, and all the Conversations With Nature courses, are available year-round because alignment has its own rhythm.

There’s no deadline to race toward, because well, that's not how Nature works. But if your interest is peaked, your sense of curiosity and attraction are arising then…this is your invitation.

The Attraction course is for Yoga Practitioners and/or Yoga Teachers who:

  • Want to work in an experiential somatic way that allows the knowledge to come from connection and not as a concept, i.e., learn from Nature instead of about Nature - what I call a Prana based practice.

  • Want to unearth the subtle messages behind your attractions and how they can help bring you to balance with more than just yourself and how our Attractions may be deep pull from Nature

  • Want to begin the understanding of how to have Conversation With Nature, fostering a deeper connection and understanding of your environment

  • Want to be able to listen to the land again, to begin to hear the things our ancestors knew - what I believe to be the original way to practice.

  • Explore how to begin to access some of the ways of knowing based on a DIRECT connection with the Land through their bodies and how that's a doorway to a sense of EXPERIENCE of Union.

What the Attraction course focuses on:

  • This course dives into HOW to have Conversations With Nature; answering the question "What is Nature's Voice?".

  • How the information that our senses bring to the conversation is key.

  • How permission is vital to this relationship and how that balances our attractions.

  • A special lesson on how to navigate some of the most common pitfalls that we have to navigate when living from Attraction based ways.

  • How to use attraction to draw us closer to Union in our Yoga practices.

What the Attraction course DOESN'T focus on:

  • This course does not tell you WHAT to feel or hear - but rather asks you to be present to this moment and yourself and explore what's really there.

  • You won't be told that things like: this pose does this, or this attraction means this. No we go to somewhere much more foundational and presence-based.

  • This course will NOT give you Indigenous knowledge or wisdom but will help in being a better listener if you are invited into those spaces.

Why Learn From Me?

I have a Ph.D in Applied EcoPsychology
(aka Nature Connection)

And I didn't get it because I wanted some fancy letters behind my name but because it truly is a genuine love of mine.
It's been over 25+ years of this work, writing a book called Yoga WITH Nature, offering workshops and retreats...and now online. And I love it even more than I did when I started.

I make it simple but not static

I'm Attractive

Yup, true story! The older I get the more I appreciate when people get to the point and especially when it comes to being in front of a screen.

I get you the most pertinent stuff so you can take it to go...

HA - I don't mean I'm good-looking! I mean I have spent most of life hearing these whispers even if they go against what I've been taught. It took me many years of understanding what they were and how valuable this direct relationship with Nature is.
