How we’ll explore Yoga With Nature through Conversations With Nature
These courses are built around the very clear understanding that the only way to really understand our Nature and Nature is to be in real direct contact with Nature; that in order to understand and experience what it's like to be truly present, you'll have to get in touch with your stories about yourself and about Nature.
Just like in our practices, we can read all we want about the practice, it's not until we get on our mats and start experiencing it for ourselves do we start to truly understand. These courses aren't about watching the videos and moving on to the next.
You'll have to get on the mat, or in the grass, or on the beach and really do the activities.
So that means...lotsa time outside being in direct contact with Nature, talking with Nature out loud (if you like) or from within your being..., feet on the mat or in the grass or sand, hugging trees, thanking dandelions, and stroking your chin as you contemplate the communications that are coming in from "other" places than your ears.
It means having your pranayama (breathing) be intentionally connecting with the air around you - air that moves through the trees and grass and into you.
You will likely find yourself being moved into peace by the sunset or curve of the grass in a way that re-minds you of a different way of being...re-minds you in a good way.
